What Does It Take to Reach Your Goal?
Use our fundraising calculator to show how much money you will raise through our program. You can do this by inputting the number of participants/supporters, and then the number of MIW products sold and/or purchased using your fundraising code. Your estimated amount raised will then be calculated.

When can I host a fundraiser?Fundraising Event Applications are processed 5 - 7 business days after receipt. Once approved you will receive a unique fundraising code and promotional material you will be ready to start your event. CLICK HERE TO REGISTER

Who can host a MIW Fundraiser?For-profit organizations and not-for-profit organizations may be approved to conduct a Fundraiser when the Fundraiser proceeds will be fully used to benefit a group/cause that is one of the following types: K–12 Schools (PTAs/PTOs, STEM Clubs, Senior Prom) Animal Rescue Bands Cheerleading/Dance/Gymnastics Chorus/Choir Food and Sustainable Agriculture Groups (Future Farmers, Community Gardens, 4-H) Libraries and Community Centers Non-Profits (American Cancer Society, Animal Shelters, United Way) Organizations that support Alzheimer and/or Dementia Education, Support & Care Other Religious Group / Organizations University Groups (Intramural Sports, Greek Life, College Radio) Youth Sports Teams (Little League, Soccer, etc.) We request a federal tax ID (TIN/EIN) to confirm your organization’s nonprofit status. This number will be an 8-9 digit number Memories In Writing will not support organizations that discriminate against a person or a group on the basis of age, political affiliation, race, national origin, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, disability, sexual orientation or religious belief.
